The monograph covers several areas of interrelated sciences of change management. Theoretical, methodological research and field sociological research have been conducted in each of these areas. The need for organizational change management arises most often during innovative transformations in enterprises. The theoretical and methodological review allowed to identify research problems and highlight research questions of low tolerance of personnel to change. The study identified the best methods and practices for addressing the problem of low staff tolerance of leading industries to organizational change.
Change management is a professional activity of organizational management, which requires from the organizer of changes the ability to manage both human and material assets of the company. Knowledge aimed at studying the methods of organizational change management, the correct application of the tools to successfully achieve change as a result of a set of interrelated actions predetermine the success of organizational innovation transformations.
Mankind is evolutionarily predestined to develop, and therefore it is no less true that it will always live in an era of change. This is also true for a company where change affects individuals, groups and organizations. In this case, organizational change management should include many techniques and solutions from different disciplines - organizational management, innovation management, project management, social and psychological management and many others. The problem field of change management is vast and will need further research as long as the evolution of the organization and the environment continues.
